PLEASE READ THESE STORE POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I. PRODUCTS

Prints are printed on PREMIUM LUSTER PHOTO PAPER. This slightly-textured paper is semi-glossy, fingerprint resistant, and yields highly-saturated images with maximum ink coverage.

All paper is archival, acid-free, and perfect for framing.

Frames are semi-hardwood, black, and made in the U.S. Frames can only be purchased with our prints. They have a 1” border, making the final diameter of a framed print 1” larger all around. So, if you order an 8x10” print, it will be 10x12” framed. Framed prints have an acrylic surface cover and come unmatted.

If you order your print framed, DO NOT remove your print from inside the frame. The print is secured by a point driver tool. If you mess with it and attempt to remove the print from inside the frame, the points may loosen and come out. Do this at your own risk.

II. SHIPPING POLICY

Getting your physical product ready for shipment takes 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS post-purchase (this doesn’t include shipping time). Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days, but during busy times, your order may take up to 7 business days before shipment. Once an item ships, you will receive an email to let you know that this has been done (tracking information included). Shipping may take up to 5 days for domestic delivery, up to 10 days for Canada delivery, and up to 20 days for worldwide delivery.

Please understand that if an item is lost or damaged, Sixteen Monkeys™ cannot be liable for it. Items are shipped in perfect condition and we cannot control the handling or the safety of your items once they leave our hands. With that said, please contact us directly if an item has not reached you or arrived damaged and we will work together to make sure you are happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Besides flat-rate and first-class shipping options, we also offer priority shipping with USPS and expedited shipping with FedEx, but be aware that FedEx will NOT deliver to P.O. BOXES (unless you use the FedEx SMARTPOST shipping option). We also offer worldwide shipping. We ship to the address you provide in the “Ship To” section during checkout. By default, this will be your billing address. If you are shipping elsewhere, make sure the “Ship To” address is correct and updated accordingly.

Products are shipped in appropriate packages---water-resistant bags for clothing, non-bendable and rigid boxed envelopes for smaller prints, non-bendable tubes for larger prints, etc. Framed prints are wrapped in tissue paper (protection from scratches) and in a layer of adhesive bubble wrap. Then, the product is wrapped in a thicker, more durable bubble wrap that will add extra protection during shipment.

Our products are shipped in either 100% recyclable or fully biodegradable packaging. Bubble wraps, tubes, and non-bendable boxed envelopes are made with 10-100% post-consumer recycled content.

III. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer refunds/exchanges/credits on any purchases.

Once product orders have started fulfillment, we will not issue refunds. Our products are made-to-order and we do not accept returns and resell your returned product to another buyer. Custom orders are completely non-refundable. Shipping fees are completely non-refundable. If there is something physically wrong with the product and it’s our fault, we’ll take full responsibility. In that case, and only in that case, will we do refunds/exchanges/returns.
