How do I purchase a product (card, art print, calendar, etc.)?

The process is easy. Browse through our store and choose the items you like. Add them to cart. Select "check out" and follow the prompts.

How do I download files after purchase?

After payment is confirmed and you have checked out, you will be able to download your files from our store. Click “download” to save the files to your computer (in a folder of your choosing). Some items will be saved as original files (JPEGs or PDFs) and some as “zip files” (which can be accessed by right-clicking the zip file and selecting “extract all”).

You will also receive an e-mail with a download link.

Where do I print my order?

You can print your purchased files from the comfort of your home on a home printer, a local printing shop, an online printing service (like Printful, Vista Print, etc.), or a professional printing store near you (like Staples, Kinkos, etc.).

What paper should I use?

This is the fun part. Our cards and art prints look great not only on matte and glossy photo paper, but also heavy cardstock and linen and canvas-inspired paper. Smooth, white paper is best, but slightly-textured/lightly colored paper works well too.

Will I receive anything in the mail?

No. Sixteen Monkeys™ is a store for digital, downloadable, and printable products only. No physical products will be shipped to you.

Can I sell or reuse the files I purchased?

Absolutely not. Artwork created by Sixteen Monkeys™ is for personal use ONLY. You can print artwork for yourself or as a gift, but you cannot use our digital files for commercial use, reproduction, or resale (in any form). Alteration and misuse are strictly prohibited.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Instantly. After purchase, you will be able to, both, download your files from the store and/or your email. If there are any issues, let us know.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

That said, we can work together. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know.
